A Conceptual Technologist brings technical expertise together with creative and conceptual thinking to envision and develop new innovations. Their primary role is to bridge the gaps between ideas, culture, and technology to build concrete applications from unexpected perspectives.
Through our Parallax Futures fellowship program, we curate a multi-dimensionally diverse group of fellows and introduce them to a new methodology: conceptual thinking applied to technology. This unusual fellowship is designed to empower individuals to think conceptually and explore new frontiers in emergent technology with an abundant mindset.

Traditional innovation ecosystems have often been limited by a lack of diversity, resulting in homogeneous ideas and solutions, as well as unexpected bias. In today’s globalized world, innovation thrives on diverse perspectives, experiences, and backgrounds.
Conceptual Technologists exist everywhere, however, there is no intentional community for these premiere innovators to connect, share and collaborate for the greater good.
